Update to Carols of Christmas upcoming chapters

Here's an updated list of future chapters (still in the planning phase, mild spoiler alerts):

• 2 - 4 chapters narrated by the Ghost of Christmas Past (spoiler: {definitely} one with Jeanie, one extra chapter just before leaving his home; {possibly} one or two with the trial)
• 1 chapter narrated by Little Fan (spoiler: one with Fred)
• 1 chapter narrated by Bob Cratchit (spoiler: one with his father)
• 4 chapters narrated by Jacob Marley (spoiler: one with  Dora, one with Nathan, one with his brother-in-law; death scene)

One chapter with the Ghost of Christmas Past is currently being written.
